HOW TO TAKE SCREENSHOT IN HP LAPTOP?:
Firstly, there are multiple ways of doing this but we will look into a shortest way of doing this.
- Use button “PRTSC” this button means Print Screen actually
Just press the PRTSC button and the screenshot would be copied to your clipboard.
- Use key, Windows + PRTSC
This key will work if you have a lower version of Windows and not the latest one.
- Use Key Windows + Shift + X
Above all, using Windows key + Shift + S is most better way as it opens the Windows Snip Tool.
With the Snipping tool you can save the taken instantly moreover you can take screenshot of the only part you want.

THE FASTEST WAY TO SAVE SCREENSHOTS:
You can use dropbox, Dropbox is the fastest way to save screenshots and also it is integrated with the button PRTSC.
➡ How to setup Dropbox?
- Go to the Dropbox’s site install the software.
- Further Sign-in or Up.
- Now Go to the dropdown menu on the left top corner (as show in picture)
Now further go to preference.
Go to the backup and turn on feature saying “Enable sharing screenshots with DropBox”
To sum up, in short dropbox saves your screenshot automatically and you can modify dropbox settings too.
HOW TO USE SNIPPING TOOL?:
You can use the snipping tool with the short cut I told that is Windows key + Shift + S
You can use the pre-installed software of Snip Tool to take screenshots.
Also, there is a dedicated save button and a Cropping tool for clicking or taking screenshots.
HOW TO MODIFY SCREENSHOTS INSTANTLY?
I use Photoshop for this, you can even use MS Paint if you don’t have Photoshop.
- Take Screenshot
- Open Photoshop
- Press CTRL + N and select then select Clipboard option.
- Now explore the editing options.
MORE WAYS TO CAPTURE SCREENSHOT:
While using browsers like chrome they have an option to print the screen directly.
use CTRL+P and don’t print out with your printers but save it as PDF.
Also, you can use third-party software but using the pre-installed one is always better.
Also, in conclusion, I would say that You can use Xbox Game Bar from Microsoft Store which has the potential to record the screen videos.
